Cooking Challenge

Okay Here’s one for you. what should I cook for Wednesday tea this week? I know, pretty lame challenge, but this could still be fun.
Basically I want something that will be easy to cook, quick. And it has to taste okay. One catch. No spaghetti Bolognase. I’m sick of cooking that.
