Here we go. I promised to get this going so here is my first actual post in a long time.
I’m going to start things off with what seems to be one of the most popular tracks in the blogshere so far this year. Yes yes indeed, it’s Lil Wayne’s infamous “Lollipop”. This remix popped up on PalmsOutSounds and I fell in love instantly. The Nasty Ways remix is endlessly amazing, that’s what I think any way. I’m not too sure about this licking the “wrapper” business… What does that mean anyway?

Another very popular song that PalmsOutSounds through up was a remix of that song that seems to be the highlight of every teenage girls sexlife right now, you know, Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl”. Kue’s remix is just different enough, but it still sounds as good as the original. Another very popular remix of the song is MR GASPAR’s take on things. Last I looked it was up near the top of HYPEmachine’s Most popular list. I don’t like that one quite as much but power in numbers hey? I also recommend Ladyhawke if your keen to do some more surfing and searching. Riding on the back of her single “Paris is Burning” and her collaboration with PNAU she is really starting to take off here in Australia. Keep an eye on her, she is going to go a long way.
